1. WARRANTY COVERAGE
All services provided by Night N' Day Automotive LLC are covered under our comprehensive 1-year warranty from the installation date.
This includes:
• Vinyl Wraps
• Ceramic Tint
• Paint Protection Film (PPF)
2. WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS Coverage Period:
• All installations are warranted for one (1) year from the date of service completion
• Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original customer only.
What's Covered:
• Material defects
• Installation defects
• Peeling or lifting
• Discoloration
• Bubbling
• Installation-related issues
What's Not Covered:
• Damage from accidents or collisions
• Intentional damage or misuse
• Environmental damage beyond normal wear and tear
• Modifications by unauthorized installers
• Damage from improper cleaning or maintenance
3. RETURN PROCESS
Initial Inspection:
• All concerns must be reported immediately upon discovery
• Schedule an inspection appointment during business hours (9 AM to 7 PM)
• Our team will conduct a thorough evaluation of the reported issue. Assessment Process:
• Professional inspection of the affected area
• Photo documentation of the issue
• Determination of warranty coverage
• Explanation of findings to the customer
4. SERVICE RESOLUTION
If Warranty Applies:
• Repairs or replacements will be scheduled promptly
• No additional cost for covered issues
• Work will be performed at our Gilbert location
• Standard turnaround times apply:
- Ceramic Tint: 2-3 hours
- Vinyl Wrap: 4-5 days
- PPF: 4-5 days
Material Changes:
• If a customer requests different materials after the initial installation, new material costs will apply
• Labor for warranty work is covered under the original warranty
5. CUSTOMER SERVICE PROCESS
Scheduling Service:
• Contact our team during business hours
• Provide vehicle information and description of the issue
• Schedule an inspection appointment
• Follow structured drop-off process, including:
- Walk-around inspection
- Detailed service explanation
- Follow-up communication
Payment Methods:
• All payment methods are accepted for any non-warranty work
• No charge for warranty-covered repairs
6. MAINTENANCE RECOMMENDATIONS
To maintain warranty validity:
• Follow the provided care instructions
• Use approved cleaning products only
• Report any issues promptly
• Maintain regular vehicle cleaning schedule
• Avoid automatic car washes for the first 30 days
